Socket.dev is seeking a Clinical Solutions Specialist to bridge clinical departments and technology vendors, ensuring secure, compliant, and well-integrated clinical applications across care delivery.

The role acts as ESA for assigned clinical apps, driving governance, vendor management, security, and project leadership while aligning with organizational standards and patient safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, IT, CS, Healthcare Informatics or related field.
• Current RN or LPN licensure.
• Minimum 3 years Information Services experience supporting clinical solutions, EMR, or related healthcare tech; Epic or OCHIN Epic cert/training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clinical software vendors to ensure reliability and alignment with care delivery goals.
• Coordinate vendor activities, contract management, updates, issue escalation and enhancement requests.
• Lead Solutions Council for assigned clinical apps and maintain governance documents and action items.
