Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in managing healthcare processes, applications, or systems.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience supporting Procedural Clinical Applications (Epic Beaker/Optime).
• Strong communication and technical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Strategic thinking and stakeholder collaboration.
• Focus on recruitment and retention.

Responsibilities

• Owns operational performance and support for the assigned applications portfolio.
• Directs day-to-day application support operations including incident management.
• Provides direction for solution implementation and optimization projects.
• Establishes performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Translates business requirements into technical specifications.
• Leads governance committees and collaborates with stakeholders.
• Manages vendor relationships and ensures contract compliance.
• Mentors direct reports and oversees budgeting and talent management.
• Remains current on emerging technologies and promotes best practices.
• Develops and executes a strategic roadmap for assigned areas.
