Socket.dev is seeking an Epic Analyst to design, configure, test, and implement Epic system changes, coordinating with Epic representatives, leadership, and subject matter experts to deliver workflows aligned with clinical and IT standards.

The role encompasses needs assessment, workflow design, testing, change management, end-user training, and thorough documentation, while supporting upgrades and integrations in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience supporting applications (Required).
• 4+ years in designing, configuring, testing and maintaining Epic applications (Preferred).
• 2+ years in a health care related IT environment (Preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs needs assessment, software design, implementation, support, and reporting.
• Independently designs workflows with SMEs to improve efficiency and quality initiatives.
• Coordinates and participates in unit and integration testing with testing scripts.
• Participates in change management for deployments and enhancements.
• Leads end-user training material development and training efforts.
