Qualifications
- Active Epic certification in at least one Epic application.
- 3+ years of healthcare IT, Epic application, clinical/ancillary operations, integration, analytics, or related experience; 5+ years preferred.
- Progressive leadership experience (formal management, team lead, project lead, mentoring, or supervision).
- Experience functioning as an Epic senior analyst or application lead or similar IT role.
- Experience with Epic upgrades, Nova Notes, integrated testing, change control, and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Epic Clinical/Ancillary Applications team, setting expectations and mentoring staff.
- Oversee Epic build, configuration, validation, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Lead cross-functional Epic projects, upgrades, and optimization efforts.
- Coordinate with clinical/operational leadership, vendors, and Community Connect partners.
- Provide on-call support and maintain system documentation.
