Job summary
Adventist HealthCare is seeking an Epic Clinical Information System Analyst II for Cupid Cardiology to analyze requirements, configure Epic workflows, and maintain system functionality. You will own complex incidents, lead small-to-mid projects, and coordinate with clinicians and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
The role requires 5–6 years of clinical information systems experience with Epic, strong testing, documentation, and travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information systems, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5–6 years of clinical/healthcare operations and Epic experience preferred.
- Epic certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and configure Epic modules for clinical cardiology workflows.
- Own complex incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate cross-application troubleshooting.
- Plan and lead small-to-medium application projects and enhancements.
- Coordinate with end users, Epic reps, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
