Job summary

Adventist HealthCare is seeking an experienced Epic Clinical Information System Analyst I for the Cupid Cardiology Department. You will analyze clinical workflows, configure Epic modules, and test to ensure alignment with approved standards.

You will serve as a primary support contact, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with Epic representatives and other teams to meet project timelines. The role requires training and Epic certification within the specified timeframe.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information systems, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of direct clinical, healthcare operations, information systems, or related experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Must meet Epic training requirements and obtain certification in assigned applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze defined workflow needs and configure Epic modules per standards.
• Serve as a support contact; respond to end-user questions and troubleshoot incidents.
• Identify and implement approved system changes with testing and documentation.
• Collaborate with SMEs, end users, Epic reps and other teams to align with business needs.
