Adventist HealthCare is seeking an experienced Epic Inpatient Clinical Application Manager to drive implementation and optimization of clinical applications. This role requires leadership of Epic application teams, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met while supervising analysts.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in clinical informatics and be able to develop team capabilities through coaching and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of experience in a clinical area and IT with EHR implementation.
• Minimum three years of management experience preferred.
• Experience with leading application teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic application teams through various project phases.
• Supervise Epic application analysts and manage performance.
• Coordinate application activities with project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure application build and workflow design meet organizational standards.
• Develop team capabilities through mentoring and continuous improvement.
