Job summary

UCI Health is seeking a Resource to provide EHR and clinical use applications support across its enterprise, including multiple facilities and ambulatory clinics. The role delivers training, assists providers with EHR workflows to improve efficiency and compliance, and connects training tools with the EHR to boost proficiency and performance.

Required are 3 years of clinical experience, Epic knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Three years of related clinical experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job.
Independent problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
In-depth understanding of Epic functionality and workflows.
Experience with data driven tools.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in one-to-one and group settings.
Demonstrated experience organizing, developing and delivering application training for all levels of staff including physicians.
Certification in Epic or willing to obtain certification within first year of hire date.
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
An understanding of AI in the healthcare setting.
