You will hire and mentor staff, align IT systems with MemorialCare goals, collaborate with C-level leaders, and drive enterprise‑wide IT initiatives while ensuring security, compliance and high service levels.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in healthcare IT environments.
• 10+ years in management/leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Epic modules and related infrastructure.
• Hands-on requirements gathering and analysis experience.
• Proven project planning and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
