Qualifications

• Three or more years of clinical experience in an acute-care or ambulatory setting.
• Epic certification (or willingness to obtain it within the first year).
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site EHR and clinical-application training to physicians, clinicians, and staff.
• Deliver at-the-elbow support and training tools tied to Epic workflows to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Support multiple UCI Health facilities and ambulatory clinics across the enterprise.
• Work across Epic modules including ClinDoc, Ambulatory, OpTime, Anesthesia, Stork, and Healthy Planet.
