Job summary

Qualifications

  • Epic certifications: Hyperspace Deployment, Web/Service Servers (Hyperspace Web, MyChart, Interconnect, Web BLOB, EPS).
  • 2+ years in Healthcare IT in an Epic Client Systems role.
  • Technical expertise in Windows Server, Epic client distribution tools, and web/service servers.
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with clinical and technical teams.
  • Ability to document procedures, configurations, and operational playbooks.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced healthcare and cloud-migration environments.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for Epic client systems and Windows Server environments.
  • Proficiency with scripting (PowerShell) for automation and system management.
  • Strong understanding of Azure, virtual infrastructure, and cloud-hosted workflows.
  • Ability to manage client distribution tools and web/service server architecture.
  • Experience supporting clinical and operational teams in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong documentation skills for technical procedures and operational workflows.

Responsibilities
