Everforth Apex is seeking an Epic Cheers Consultant/Analyst for a remote, 6-12 month contract with a large healthcare client. You will act as the CRM SME for Epic Cheers campaigns, coordinating with marketing, clinical, and IT teams to ensure campaigns meet operational goals and are delivered on time.

The role requires an active Epic Cheers Certification, hands-on campaign experience, and strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration in a consulting setting.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Cheers Certification (no lapse) is required.
• Hands-on Epic Cheers campaign experience in live environments.
• Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimizations.
• Strong CRM, patient engagement, and call center workflow understanding.
• Ability to work independently in consulting or project-based settings.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Epic Cheers CRM SME focusing on campaign configuration and execution.
• Design, build, test, and support Epic Cheers campaigns (preventive care, screening, access).
• Translate business requirements into Epic Cheers builds via workflow analysis.
• Configure and maintain campaign rules, profiles, workqueues, scripts, contact types, and decisions.
• Collaborate with call center, marketing, clinical, and IT to align campaigns with goals.
• Support unit/integration testing and go-live activities including post-go-live optimization.
• Develop and maintain build documentation and tip sheets.
• Work cross-functionally with Epic teams (Cadence, MyChart, Prelude, CTI, Reporting) as needed.
