Job summary

SolutionHealth seeks an Epic Applications Analyst for Cheers and MyChart to implement, develop, and maintain the Epic system and related third-party systems. Analysts operate at levels I–IV with responsibilities spanning build, testing, and frontline support, including on-call scheduling and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience implementing and testing vendor packaged software applications, or healthcare operations experience in the area of the application.

Responsibilities

• System Build and Configuration: Independently research and configure systems to improve processes, promote patient safety.
• Heuristic Design: Use healthcare knowledge to inform workflow and system design.
• Adapt and Innovate: Embrace change and seek process improvements.
