Qualifications

• Experience as an Epic Cadence Analyst.
• Prior implementation experience with Epic Cheers or Tapestry CRM.
• Hands-on campaign management experience in Cheers CRM.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize Epic Cadence and Cheers CRM workflows.
• Build, execute, and maintain campaigns in Cheers CRM.
• Participate in implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and support workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams.
