Medasource is seeking an Epic Cheers / Call Campaign Consultant for a remote, contract engagement supporting a large nonprofit health system. The role requires ownership of Cheers Campaigns end-to-end, from intake to post-launch tuning, across EST/CST hours.

Qualifications

• HANDS-ON Epic Cheers build experience in Campaigns or Call Management.
• Active Epic certifications.
• Proven ability to run end-to-end work: gather requirements, build, demo, launch.

Responsibilities

• Own Cheers Campaigns requests end to end: intake, build, test, launch, tuning.
• Assess outreach requests and choose appropriate Epic tools.
• Migrate outreach into Epic where sensible.
• Coordinate timing across campaigns, MyChart messaging, and texting.
• Build and support care-gap outreach campaigns that write back to Epic.
• Present builds to senior leaders and handle feedback calmly.
• Manage workload and timelines with minimal hand-holding.
