Qualifications

• Experience developing/supporting applications for non-technical users in healthcare.
• 3-5 years in an Application Developer role or equivalent.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Familiarity with project management practices and IT security policies.

Responsabilités

• Analyze workflows, collaborate with SMEs to design solutions.
• Configure and customize Epic Cadence/Referrals applications.
• Develop & test scripts; review builds for quality and efficiency.
• Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and 24x7 on-call rotations.
• Lead project work plans and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Translate user requests into practical business solutions.
