Job summary

Dallas Center United Methodist is seeking an Epic Analyst to support Cadence and Referrals within our Clinical Information System environment. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure reliable Epic workflows for ambulatory care and referrals, while maintaining documentation and helping end users with system improvements.

Ideal candidates will have Epic Cadence certification, ambulatory experience, and strong communication skills to coordinate with clinical staff, IS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field preferred.
1-4 years of healthcare IT experience required.
Epic certification and 1+ year working with Ambulatory strongly preferred.
Functional knowledge of EHR software.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Demonstrated customer service skills.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Familiarity with medical codes and terminology helpful.
Ability to work cross-functionally with other application teams; ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with clinical and IS teams to implement and support Epic Cadence and Referrals.
Communicate with a variety of staff, ensuring smooth operation of clinical information systems.
Maintain documentation for assigned applications and support upgrades.
Work independently and balance multiple projects with deadlines.
Provide training and education materials for end users; assist with security roles and access.
