Job summary

Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC) seeks an experienced Epic Cadence & Prelude Application Analyst to design and optimize scheduling, registration, and access to care across the patient journey.

You will collaborate with Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, clinical departments, and operational leaders to improve patient access, ensure accurate demographic data, and support seamless data flow from scheduling to finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Active Epic certification relevant to the position is required at time of application and maintained during employment.
• Experience configuring, implementing, testing, supporting, or optimizing Epic Cadence/Prelude and related patient access workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configure provider templates, appointment slot blocks, scheduling restrictions, and check-in workflows within Cadence.
• Build and maintain Prelude registration screens, address validation rules, and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) queries.
• Analyze scheduling and registration workflows to optimize patient access and reduce data-entry errors.
• Build and manage administrative workqueues to flag missing demographic fields, insurance errors, or scheduling conflicts.
• Develop and execute integrated testing plans with Professional Billing analysts to ensure seamless data flow from scheduling to finance.
