Job summary

Seattle Children’s in Washington state seeks an Epic Cadence Certified professional to optimize capacity management through data analysis and forecasting. This remote role supports production operations and mentors analysts across project phases.

You will design Epic decision trees, templates, and reports, collaborate with stakeholders, lead tasks when needed, and ensure system functionality aligns with capacity goals. Requires strong PM skills and healthcare analytics experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years total experience in an Information Services or healthcare analysis environment; three (3) of the five (5) years must be in a healthcare analysis environment.
• Proven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools and methodologies.
• Proven experience leading committees, projects and activities.
• Proven ability to fully use and apply standard principles, theories and concepts related to technical discipline.
• Experience with clinical, hospital and / or financial applications and / or systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze trends and volumes, develop models, forecasts and recommendations to anticipate future demand.
• Assist with design and implementation of Epic decision trees and provider templates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, end users and project teams to identify and resolve issues across all phases of projects.
• Provide reports, assessments and information to Capacity Management Leadership to aid in optimal functioning of the team.
• Provide leadership on project tasks and mentor other project analysts as appropriate.
• Support Capacity Management systems to ensure functionality and effectiveness.
