Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Capacity Management Lead to guide a team of analysts, optimize Epic Cadence templates, and drive patient access improvements across the health system.

The role combines people leadership with deep subject-matter expertise in Epic Cadence, workflow optimization, and analytics, partnering with operations, physicians, and IS to deliver system enhancements and improved provider utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above minimum qualification.
• Experience with Epic Cadence, patient access operations, healthcare IT, or related functions.
• Epic Cadence build, testing, implementation, and workflow analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Capacity Management Analysts and optimize Epic Cadence templates.
• Test and document workflows, data collections, and end-user reports.
• Create, modify, and track system builds; develop test scripts.
• Provide Application Help, implement updates, and train users.
• Collaborate with IS and clinical teams to improve patient access and utilization.
• Manage projects, priorities, and stakeholder communications.
