Evara Health, a trusted nonprofit community health center, seeks an Epic Cadence Specialist to optimize EHR-based scheduling and capacity management across 17 locations in Pinellas County. You’ll collaborate with Patient Access, IT, and clinical leadership to improve access and efficiency while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

The role emphasizes analytics, reporting, and change management to standardize scheduling practices and empower teams to deliver timely care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare operations, patient access, scheduling, or related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with EHR-based scheduling systems and templates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize scheduling templates across providers, departments, resources, and appointment types.
• Analyze capacity, access trends, and utilization to improve timely patient care and efficiency.
• Serve as SME for EHR scheduling workflows; translate needs into clear requirements.
• Design, test, implement, and validate scheduling changes with IT and analytics teams.
• Develop reports and dashboards on scheduling performance, utilization, and capacity.
• Support policies, workflows, and training; promote standardization and reduce manual work.
