Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Epic Cadence certification preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with patient scheduling and provider templates is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize Epic Cadence to improve scheduling workflows.
• Troubleshoot basic application issues and provide end-user support.
• Collaborate with IT, ambulatory operations, clinic leadership and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain provider schedules, appointment templates, and scheduling rules.
• Participate in system enhancements, integrations and new implementations.
