Emplify Health is seeking an experienced Application Analyst - Cadence to support and optimize the Epic Cadence application. The role partners with ambulatory operations, access management, clinic leadership, and technical teams to ensure efficient scheduling workflows and patient access optimization.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and Epic Cadence experience, with a passion for improving scheduling efficiency and the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Epic Cadence certification preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Healthcare IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.
• Collaborate with IT, operational, and clinical teams to optimize scheduling workflows.
• Monitors apps for maintenance, upgrades, and implementations.
• Builds and maintains provider schedules, appointment templates, and scheduling rules in Epic Cadence.
• Participate in projects related to enhancements, workflow optimization, integrations, and new implementations.
