Job summary

Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking an experienced Application Analyst – Cadence to support and optimize our Epic Cadence system. This role partners with ambulatory operations, access management, clinic leadership, and IT teams to ensure efficient scheduling workflows, provider template management, and patient access optimization.

This full-time role in Green Bay requires 40 hours/week with remote eligibility for WI or MI residents.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience: 2–4 years in relevant work experience.
• Certifications: Epic Cadence certification preferred.
• Healthcare IT and scheduling workflows experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots basic application issues and provides end user support.
• Collaborates with IT, operational, and clinical teams to optimize scheduling workflows.
• Monitors applications during maintenance, upgrades, and implementations.
• Builds provider schedules, templates, and scheduling rules in Epic Cadence.
• Participates in projects on system enhancements and integrations.
