Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking an experienced Application Analyst – Cadence to support and optimize our Epic Cadence system. This role partners with ambulatory operations, access management, clinic leadership, and IT teams to ensure efficient scheduling workflows, provider template management, and patient access optimization.

This full-time role in Green Bay requires 40 hours/week with remote eligibility for WI or MI residents.

Competenze

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.

• Certifications: Epic Cadence certification preferred.

Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst – Cadence to support and optimize our Epic Cadence application. This role partners with ambulatory operations, access management, clinic leadership, and technical teams to ensure efficient scheduling workflows, provider template management, and patient access optimization. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, Epic Cadence experience, and a passion for improving scheduling efficiency and the overall patient experience.

Job Specifics:

Location:1920 Libal St, Green Bay, WI 54301 | Remote eligibility for candidates who reside in WI or MI only
FTE Status: 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule:Days | Monday - Friday | Business hours

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience and education.
• Experience: At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Certifications: Epic Cadence certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving experience.
• Strong understanding of patient scheduling, provider template management, registration, and access workflows.
• Experience working with clinic operations, access teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience working in a healthcare IT environment.
• Based on experience, this position may also be filled at an Application Analyst or Senior Application Analyst level.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.
• Collaborate with IT, operational, and clinical teams to ensure optimal scheduling workflows and system performance.
• Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades, and implementations.
• Builds and maintains provider schedules, appointment templates, and scheduling rules within Epic Cadence.
• Participate in projects related to system enhancements, workflow optimization, integrations, and new implementations.
