Job summary

Ellit Groups is seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Analyst to design, build, and optimize Epic Cadence scheduling across the organization. You will partner with operations, clinical, and IT teams to improve patient access and streamline appointment management in a remote-friendly environment.

The role requires Cadence certification and 5–10 years of Epic scheduling experience. It offers a remote-friendly setup with occasional onsite visits and a path from hourly overtime to full-time salary.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Epic Analyst experience with Cadence certification.
• Strong background in Epic scheduling build, configuration, and workflow optimization.
• Experience supporting large multi-site healthcare scheduling projects.
• Proven ability to partner with operational stakeholders to improve access and scheduling efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain Epic Cadence scheduling functionality.
• Support templates, provider schedules, referrals, and access center operations.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and clinical teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Troubleshoot scheduling issues and support Cadence break/fix activities.
• Participate in Epic upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
• Support reporting and analytics related to scheduling access and utilization.
• Ensure documentation and change-control adherence.
• Assist in training end users on scheduling workflows and best practices.
