Healthcare IT Leaders, LLC is seeking an Epic Cadence Analyst for a 6-month staff augmentation opportunity in Gastonia, NC. The role centers on configuring and maintaining the Cadence scheduling build, including templates, appointment types, and visit types, with changes aligned to organizational standards.

You will gather scheduling requirements from clinical and operational stakeholders, design and validate Cadence system changes, and support testing across related Epic applications.

Qualifications

• Epic Cadence certification is required.
• Hands-on experience as an Epic Cadence analyst in a healthcare setting.
• Understanding ambulatory and specialty scheduling workflows.
• Experience with Cadence integration with Prelude, Grand Central, and Epic ambulatory apps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication with clinical and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Epic Cadence scheduling build, including templates, appointment types, and visit types.
• Gather and document scheduling workflow requirements from clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Design, build, and validate Cadence system changes in line with organizational standards.
• Test configuration changes and support integrated testing across related Epic applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling issues, working with end users and support teams.
• Support go-live activities, training, and post-implementation optimization.
• Maintain accurate build documentation and follow established change control processes.
