Job summary

OU Health is seeking an Epic Analyst II - Beaker AP to advise on the development, support and rollout of Epic Beaker in our care delivery workflows. You will partner with IT, clinicians and vendors to optimize EHR functionality and ensure efficient patient care processes.

The role supports remote work from eligible states, with responsibilities spanning troubleshooting, testing, training and documentation to drive system stability and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3–5 years IT or healthcare experience required; Epic implementation preferred.
• Epic Beaker certification or accreditation required; multiple certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for complex EHR issues and system errors, providing timely resolution.
• Provide day-to-day end-user support and troubleshooting for the EHR system.
• Guide and mentor junior analysts; maintain documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate testing and validation for system changes, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Lead efforts to optimize EHR performance and usability with cross-functional teams.
