Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will analyze requirements, document workflows, and support end-user needs across remote environments.

Required: 3 years in Epic modules, Epic Application Certification within 6 months, and a healthcare background is preferred; Associates or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree. Remote work with 0–25% travel.

Qualifications

• :3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• :3 years of experience in the healthcare industry (preferred).
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and specifications; documents workflow analyses and maintains documentation/training materials.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and updates systems with new functionality.
• Provides guidance and support to end-users to enhance Epic usage and resolve issues.
• Manages small to medium projects independently and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs problem-solving and root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
