Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will conduct business and systems analysis, define requirements, document workflows, design solutions, and resolve end-user issues.

Responsibilities include planning and supporting Epic software, analyzing system requirements, creating training materials, and guiding end users. You will manage small to medium projects and perform root-cause analysis to resolve problems, with remote-based work

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Beaker experience or certification preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree may apply.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflow analysis.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and solutions.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects; keeps stakeholders updated on progress.
• Performs problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve issues.
