Highmark Health seeks an Epic Beaker administrator to configure, rollout, and support Epic Beaker apps. You will perform workflow analysis, document requirements, and design solutions to streamline clinical workflows.

You will lead small to mid-size projects, advise end users, and ensure compliant, reliable Beaker environments while maintaining documentation and training materials for staff. Remote-based with HIPAA guidance.

Qualificações

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker application(s).
• Perform business/systems analysis, requirements definition and documentation, system design, and problem resolution.
• Plan, design/build, test, implement, and support Epic needs and workflows.
• Provide guidance and support to end-users to enhance Epic utilization and resolve issues.
• Contribute to and manage small to medium projects independently.
• Document workflows and training materials for Epic implementations.
