Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Beaker administrator to configure, implement, and support Beaker environments. You will analyze workflows, document requirements, and design/validate changes to deliver standardized Epic processes.

You’ll guide end-users, resolve issues, and contribute to small-to-medium projects with timely updates to stakeholders. The role requires 3 years of Epic systems administration, a Bachelor’s in a related field (or equivalent experience), and Epic Application

Qualifications

3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
Ability to handle analysis, design, system configuration and testing tasks at basic to moderate levels of complexity.
Excellent customer service skills
Demonstrates knowledge of project management principles as they relate to assigned tasks
2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree
Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Configures, rolls out, and supports Epic Beaker applications.
Performs workflow analysis and documents requirements and user experience.
Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows.
Guides end-users and resolves system issues in Epic.
Manages small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
Conducts problem-solving and root cause analysis on routine to moderately complex issues.
