Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Beaker systems administrator to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, design configurations, test changes, and implement solutions to meet clinical and operational needs.

This role requires 3 years of Epic Beaker experience, a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Healthcare or equivalent, and Epic certification within 6 months.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Epic systems administration experience with Beaker modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or related field.
• Epic Certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications.
• Perform business and systems analysis; define requirements and documentation.
• Design, test, implement, and support Epic workflows and configurations.
• Provide end-user guidance and resolve system issues; document training materials.
• Manage small to medium projects and update stakeholders timely.
