Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Beaker Administrator to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform workflow analysis, document requirements, and design solutions to streamline Epic workflows for end users.

The role includes project involvement, guidance to users, and ensuring timely updates to stakeholders on task progress and issues. A Bachelor's degree and Epic certification within 6 months are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Ability to handle analysis, design, system configuration and testing tasks at basic to moderate levels of complexity.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge of project management principles as they relate to assigned tasks.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
