Job summary

enGen is seeking a remote Epic Beaker Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Beaker applications. You will analyze requirements, document specs, design workflows, and resolve issues for end-users.

You will plan, design, test, implement, and support Epic software, maintaining documentation and training materials. Strong communications and problem-solving are essential as you lead small projects and coordinate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to analyze, design, configure and test Epic workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing small to medium projects and documenting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes requirements and documents workflow, provides training materials.
• Configures changes in Epic environments to meet end-user needs and adopt new tech.
• Provides guidance to end-users and resolves issues.
• Manages small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs root cause analysis to resolve problems.
