OCHIN, Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Solutions Analyst to join the Implementation/Install Team. This fully remote role supports configuring and supporting Epic Beaker within the EHR environment for acute care member clinics, prioritizing secure, efficient workflows and quality outcomes.

You will document features, test, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate across departments to drive successful project implementations and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Epic Beaker certification required or proficiency.
• Strong communication with both clinical and technical staff.
• Data-driven decision making and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive and solution oriented.
• Completion of a competency assessment prior to team interview.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Epic Beaker solutions within the Install team.
• Consult with members and staff to enable accurate, secure workflows.
• Document features, test, and maintain functionality per requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex issues to ensure system performance and end-user satisfaction.
• Collaborate across departments for project implementations and on-site Go Live support.
• Develop technical documentation to support process improvements.
