Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated Epic Beaker applications support and project lead to collaborate with clinical and IT teams. You will drive development objectives, document procedures, and optimize workflows across modules.

You will act as liaison between users and vendors, coordinate testing, and oversee deployments with training and operations teams. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and basic PM skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic Beaker applications/modules under supervision.
• Collaborate with teams to meet development and implementation objectives.
• Lead key initiatives and perform project management duties.
• Document and follow internal procedures for apps and systems.
• Document workflows with requestors and users and propose optimizations.
• Present system enhancements and technical solutions for clinic scenarios.
• Coordinate deployment of app changes with training and operations.
• Provide tier-one support remotely and in person; troubleshoot tickets.
