The role interfaces between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring system builds are accurate and compliant while delivering a high-quality experience for patients and providers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Epic Beaker leadership, 5+ years managing teams, and strong collaboration across enterprise IT, lab operations, and revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Epic Beaker or comparable LIS leadership.
• 5+ years managing teams or large initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site or enterprise-level Epic Beaker implementations or optimizations.
• Experience with healthcare mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong program-management skills with governance, risk management, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead Beaker team and set clear goals, metrics and development plans.
• Oversee configuration, optimization, and integration efforts with strict timelines.
• Collaborate with Epic, vendors, and stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and ensure data integrity.
