Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Application Manager to lead the Beaker team in a hybrid role based in Secaucus, NJ or Schaumburg, IL, with remote options if hybrid criteria aren’t met.

The position oversees Beaker configurations, upgrades, and integrations across the order-to-cash laboratory value chain, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficient patient data workflows while collaborating with enterprise IT, lab operations, and revenue-cycle leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Epic Beaker CP certification required.
• Project management or process improvement certification preferred.
• Up to 25% travel, travel cadence monthly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Beaker program portfolio, including new implementations, upgrades, optimization initiatives, and integration projects.
• Establish and enforce configuration governance, change-management standards, and documentation policies.
• Coordinate with Epic, vendors, and internal stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and manage issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, HIPAA, SOX, and Quest internal audit standards.
• Develop and manage the Beaker program budget, including staffing, maintenance, and capital investment planning.
