Job summary

Chartis is seeking a candidate to lead the technical architecture and interface strategy for the Epic Beaker implementation. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with clinical and IT teams to ensure quality and readiness for go-live events.

The ideal candidate will have Epic Beaker certification, experience in large health systems, and will support testing, optimization, and issue resolution. A remote work arrangement is available with expected onsite presence for critical events.

Qualifications

• Experience within large health systems or academic medical centers.
• Ability to travel during required milestones.
• Prior Beaker install experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic Beaker testing, build, optimization, and maintenance.
• Gather requirements and translate operational needs into Epic solutions.
• Assist with testing, upgrades, enhancement requests, and issue resolution.
• Participate in governance, status reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
