Endeavor Health is seeking an Applications Analyst I to support the Ambulatory/Beacon portfolio, focusing on implementing, testing, and supporting clinical applications such as Epic Beacon. The role emphasizes issue resolution, workflow enhancements, and adopting industry best practices within a collaborative Ambulatory Applications team.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in a related field, 1+ year healthcare IT experience, and familiarity with Epic Beacon or Epic Ambulatory,

Qualifications

• Associates degree in computer science, business management or related field.
• 1+ year of healthcare IT experience related to application portfolio.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory or Epic Beacon.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, agile, SDLC, and ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, documenting, configuring, implementing and testing software/application solutions.
• Work to resolve routine system incidents and requests in a timely manner, escalating to senior members for support when needed.
• Participate in vendor calls on issues/upgrades.
• Participate in function and unit testing of software/application solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
• Prepare documentation, tip sheets and reports related to projects following established procedures.
• Participate in integrated workgroups/projects.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in relevant technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.
