Endeavor Health is seeking an Applications Analyst I - Ambulatory/Beacon to support an assigned application portfolio across ambulatory systems, including Epic Beacon. You will design, document, implement and test software solutions and monitor incident resolution with timely ticket closure.

This role focuses on learning the latest solutions, advocating industry best practices, and collaborating with the Ambulatory Applications team to support Epic Beacon and related clinical applications.

Formación

• Associates degree in computer science, business management or related field.
• 1+ year of healthcare IT experience.
• Exposure to Epic Ambulatory or Epic Beacon.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, Agile, SDLC, ITIL.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and learn quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in designing, documenting, configuring, implementing and testing software/application solutions.
• Resolve routine system incidents and requests, escalating to senior team members when needed.
• Participate in vendor calls on issues/upgrades.
• Participate in testing and continuous improvement of processes.
• Prepare documentation, tip sheets and reports following procedures.
• Participate in integrated workgroups/projects and stay updated on new trends.
