Job summary

Health Data Movers is seeking an experienced ASAP Analyst to support Epic ASAP build, configuration, and optimization for ED workflows. The role covers design through go-live and post-live support, with remote work options across the United States.

The candidate should have 2+ years of Epic ASAP experience, current or eligible ASAP certification, and strong collaboration with ED clinicians and IT teams. Competitive hourly rate and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience building and supporting Epic ASAP.
Epic ASAP certification (current or eligible for recertification).
Experience with ED tracking boards, dashboards, and ED-specific documentation/order workflows.
Strong communication skills for working with ED clinical/physician staff and IT teams.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and test ED workflows, including tracking boards, dashboards, order sets, and documentation templates specific to the emergency department.
Partner with ED clinical and physician stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic build.
Support system testing, validation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide go-live and at-the-elbow support, troubleshooting ED workflow issues in real time.
Maintain build documentation and adhere to client change control processes.
