Job summary

Washington Regional Medical System in Northwest Arkansas seeks an Applications Analyst for Epic ASAP and Care Everywhere. You will lead advanced support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Epic clinical applications, partnering with ED, clinical, operational, interoperability, and Epic/vendor stakeholders to enhance emergency care workflows, patient movement, and cross-application integration.

The role requires 4–6 years of clinical applications experience, with strong Epic ASAP and Care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or clinical license required.
• Four to six years of clinical applications experience.
• Experience with Epic ASAP and Care Everywhere preferred.
• Experience with testing and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced knowledge of Epic ASAP and Care Everywhere functionality.
• Lead ED stakeholders and interoperability teams in enhancements and workflow improvements.
• Oversee design, build, configuration, and validation of ASAP and Care Everywhere workflows.
• Lead testing plans including regression, unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Mentor team members and ensure compliance with accrediting standards.
