Job summary

Xtensys is a rapidly growing managed service provider delivering innovative technology solutions to health systems. We are seeking an Epic application support and delivery specialist to own installation, configuration, testing, and optimization of Epic applications.

You will work remotely with core collaboration hours aligned to Eastern Time, travel up to 25% for go-live implementations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, compliant Epic-based workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Active Epic ASAP certification and experience with Epic build and configuration.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage application builds, upgrades, and validation to maintain system functionality and stability.
• Investigate root causes of issues and implement sustainable solutions using best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and support effective Epic use.
