Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Application Development on the Epic team, responsible for leading the design, implementation and delivery of Epic-based solutions in a healthcare IT environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project delivery, and ensure alignment with quality, governance and clinical workflows while shaping budgets and strategic initiatives within CVS Health.

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
Previous management experience.
Two or more Epic Certifications: Ambulatory with Healthy Planet or related modules.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Create and fulfill EHR use cases, identify business and functional requirements and translate them to technical specifications.
Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation.
Ensure requirements and future state workflows are clearly defined.
Work with Project Managers to identify tasks and estimates.
Support vendor upgrades, system changes and environment maintenance procedures with matrix teams.
Participate in analysis of current state processes with clinical users to design future state processes.
Identify and document process and data gaps.
