Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an IT Development Senior Manager to lead Epic application development initiatives. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and clinical stakeholders to deliver scalable EHR solutions and maintain high-quality delivery standards.

You will define use cases, oversee documentation, manage project plans, and ensure alignment with regulatory and quality requirements across large healthcare IT programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related experience
• Two or more Epic Certifications (as listed)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading Epic application development projects
• Knowledge of Ambulatory workflows and healthcare IT
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Responsibilities

• Create and fulfill EHR use cases and translate requirements into technical specs
• Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation
• Ensure requirements and future state workflows are clearly defined
• Coordinate with Project Managers on tasks and estimates
• Support vendor upgrades and environment maintenance
• Collaborate with matrix teams including SMEs, vendors and business stakeholders
