Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an IT Development Senior Manager to lead the Epic implementation team, translating business requirements into technical specifications and guiding project delivery.

You will coordinate with vendors, clinical and IT stakeholders, and project managers to ensure timely, quality results and adherence to standards. A Bachelor’s degree and Epic experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
• Two or more Epic Certifications are required: Ambulatory with Healthy Planet or Healthy Planet with Beacon/Willow/Prelude/Cadence/Resolute etc.
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and fulfill EHR use cases, identify business and functional requirements.
• Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation.
• Ensure requirements and future state workflows are clearly defined.
• Coordinate with project managers to estimate tasks.
• Support vendor upgrades and system changes; work with matrix teams.
