Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Senior IT/EPIC Applications Analyst to design and implement solutions for clinical service lines, liaising between business and IT. You will gather requirements, analyze systems, coordinate Epic and third-party integrations, and support deployment, training and ongoing maintenance.

The role supports multiple projects, travels as needed, and requires EPIC certification within 6 months, plus ongoing education.

Qualifications

EPIC certification within 6 months and maintenance of annual requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Typically 5 years IT or clinical environment experience with process mapping and requirements.
Proficient in EPIC and related applications, OS, and databases.
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement EPIC-related solutions across clinical service lines.
Analyze business needs, map requirements, and coordinate delivery with IT and vendors.
Serve as liaison between clinical users and IT to ensure feasible, compliant solutions.
Provide training and support during deployment and post-go-live phases.
