Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst to implement, develop, and maintain the Epic system and related third-party tools such as Cheers and MyChart. The role spans levels I–IV and includes on-call support, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring patient safety and quality through system optimization.

Candidates should have a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, Epic training status, and healthcare analytics background.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience implementing and testing vendor packaged software or healthcare operations in the Epic domain preferred.
Epic experience requires current training status (certification/accreditation).
Active vendor training status and leadership in system analysis are valued.

Responsibilities

System Build and Configuration: Independently configure systems to improve processes and patient safety.
Heuristic Design: Leverage clinical/business knowledge to inform workflow and design.
Adapt and Innovate: Embrace change and seek process improvements.
Ensure Accountability: Deliver high service standards and governance.
Collaborate and Communicate: Build partnerships with stakeholders and end users.
Information Technology: Apply SDLC methods to develop and maintain systems.
Project Management: Manage projects and follow SDLC principles.
Documentation and Testing: Create thorough documentation and testing scripts.
